The Basic Template Sets that we carry accommodate all levels of quilters from beginners to experts. These template sets contain templates to help with cutting fabric into the basic quilting shapes, like squares, half squares, triangles, diamonds, hexagons and many of the basic and popular quilting patterns. Using acrylic templates helps cut down on fabric waste, and speeds up the fabric cutting phase of quilt making, and every shape is identical to all the others, making it easier to match points and make a quilt look perfect. All of these basic templates include a 1/4 inch seam allowance and come in four colors - clear, fluorescent orange, fluorescent green and blue. The clear templates are ideal for fussy cutting while the fluorescent colored templates are visible on any color of fabric.
