Most items will ship within 48 to 72 hours from the time of your order placement except when the order is placed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times will normally be shipped on the first business day following the weekend or holiday.

All orders will be sent First Class International or Priority International ( 2 - 9 days for US and Canada)

RETURNS POLICY

Quilt templates purchased at Quilt Templates and More may be returned within 30 days due to Manufacturers default for exchange or store credit only (shipping not included). No exchange / credit will be given after 30 days. Please contact us before returning any item.
